This recognizes the extraordinary services of Dermot Buckley. We were a party of four adults (one with a cast on her leg) that Dermot drove around Ireland for two weeks. He added immeasurably to the sucess of our trip. First, in his role as a driver, he was efficient, knowledge and conscious first and always for our safety. Irish roads often left a bit to be desired, and he navigated them without incident thruout the two weeks.

Second, he added a great menu of opportunities daily. We had planned our trip carefully and had a good idea as to what we wanted to do and see. He never tried to insist we do things, only to offer a menu from which we could fill the day. He suggested ideas as to sights, pubs and restaurants and soon grew to know our tastes and expectations.

We would like to thank you for a truly wonderful vacation. Our trip to Ireland was fabulous because you planned every detail from the roads we traveled on, to the restaurant we dined in, right down to the beautiful views we had from our many hotel rooms. We especially want to thank you for making the trip not only memorable for us but also for our six year old daughter, Kate.

Our driver, Paul, was brilliant! He not only drove us safely through the winding roads (and boy do they wind) of Ireland but taught us about Irish history all along the way. He was a wealth of knowledge and patiently answered all of our questions. Paul was sensitive to all of our needs and made Kate feel like a fairy princess. It's hard to make a trip interesting for a young child who is either strapped into a car seat for many hours or touring a 12th century church but Paul certainly succeeded in doing so. By the end of the trip you would have thought Paul was Kate's long lost Irish uncle! And ours too for that matter.

This was our first experience in hiring a chauffeur service and as the trip drew near both my husband and I experienced some trepidation. I am happy to say that any fears we had harbored were all for naught. Your attention to the smallest of details and Paul's professional but warm work ethics allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our vacation. Thanks ever so much for your time and talent, I really enjoyed all the little side trips of the itinerary. My favorite story was the leprechaun sighting, my favorite place was the picnic site, favorite entertainment you my friend. Just wanted to drop you a thank you letter for a most wonderful vacation, we have memories for a lifetime of a truly beautiful country. We were together almost a week, and toured towns, cities, villages and the countryside. My wife Carol and I had long planned a dream vacation in Ireland, our challenge was the method in which we would plan to see this fabled country. We didn't want to spend this once in a lifetime adventure on a tour bus, I being a man thought I should rent a car and drive, being sure I would be able to see the terrain as well as adjust to the other side of the road conditions. Carol on the other hand held a completely opposite view. It was then that our daughter April highly recommended D.B.Chauffeur Service Ireland that she used in a recent tour in Ireland. We took her advice and from that moment on our trip to Ireland became the dream we so long planned for. Immediately after contacting him Dermot sent us a complete itinerary of our proposed two week visit. He chose all the hotels, dining venues, and points of interest. At once our minds relaxed and we could concentrate on the sheer enjoyment our vacation was promising, Mr. Buckley's mantra was, '' plan to be pampered'' and he made it a reality. In short the trip was fabulous, the hotels, castles, and manor homes were outstanding and the restaurants were first class, we did not have one undesirable moment. He took us to places that ordinary tours do not go and this was evidenced by us rarely seeing tour buses. In closing we can clearly state that our dream trip to Ireland was everything and more than we could have expected, Dermot Buckley made this possible. Had I executed my original thoughts about the visit we would have never experienced the full flavor of Ireland as we did, even sweeter not only did we have the time of our life, but we gained a friend for life.

I've been meaning to write to you since we got back, but I've been traveling for work every week, I do apologize We had a fantastic time in beautiful Ireland, and traveling with D.B.Chauffeur Service Ireland was the way to go, our driver David was friendly, funny, and quite informative. I wanted you to know we all arrived safely home, no problems except for a couple delayed bags. The trip was wonderful, I can safely say that we all enjoyed every moment from my seven-year-old son (who told us he thanked God during Sunday Mass for our trip to Ireland) to my 85-year-old 100% Irish mother-in-law who climbed all the way to the top of Blarney Castle to kiss the Blarney Stone. The route was perfect a nice mix of scenery, castles, towns and museums, and the hotels were very comfortable (particularly our suite in Lahinch). We liked having the hotels in the towns so that we could walk and visit the shops, restaurants all while getting a flavor for life in Ireland. Michael our driver also was a very important part of our trip, he made it easy for us and with his quick wit, very enjoyable. His knowledge of the areas and his commentary on the places we visited and the people we met were great. If anyone mentions to us there heading to Ireland, you will be our first recommendation

Just back from Ireland and I wanted to tell you what a fabulous time we all had.
